Terms of service
ThreadCase is an evidence organisation tool that helps you structure, review and export documents and case information. It is not a law firm, it does not provide legal advice, and nothing produced by the service constitutes legal representation or professional legal or medical opinion. You retain full ownership of the content you upload to ThreadCase
By uploading content, you grant ThreadCase a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you, and for no other purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you add to a case. AI-extracted facts, dates and figures are proposals only, and you must verify all extracted information against the original source documents before relying on it
Deadlines in particular must be independently checked against the official document and any applicable procedural rules before any action is taken. ThreadCase offers the following paid plans: Case Pack (€19 one-time, 30 days of access per case); Case Pro (€49 one-time, 90 days of access per case); and Vault (€7.99 per month, subscription). One-time plan payments are non-refundable once AI processing of your uploaded documents has begun
Vault subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in unlawful conduct, or uses the service in a way that endangers other users or the integrity of the platform. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. ThreadCase may update these terms from time to time, and we will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after notice of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
ThreadCase organises information, evidence, dates and correspondence. Important legal, medical and procedural decisions should be checked with a qualified professional.
